If your clutch lever is stiff, the choke does not engage or the throttle cable does not move smoothly, with this tool you can lubricate it so that the oil flows through the inside of the sheath, smoothing the entire path of the cable.

Its function through the hole is to inject spray oil and thus lubricate and reduce the friction of the steel cables inside the housings of your motorcycle.
