CDI unit unrestricted with Stage6 remote control Rieju / Beta / Sherco (Moric)

Stage6 CDI unit with remote-selectable limiter for 50cc motorcycles with Moric ignition, compatible with different models of Rieju, Beta, Sherco, Yamaha, MBK, and HM.

Unlike a conventional unrestricted CDI unit, this control unit allows you to change the engine RPM range remotely. It includes 2 remote controls with which you can select between four different modes, from strong RPM limiting to a mode with virtually no limitation.

It is an especially interesting solution for a modified motorcycle with a performance exhaust, higher-performance cylinder, or other modifications, as it allows you to take advantage of a higher RPM range when you need it and select a lower range at other times, such as when passing the roadworthiness inspection.

The Stage6 CDI unit includes a small indicator showing the selected mode and a synchronization button to pair the control unit with one or more remote controls.

4 operating modes

• Mode A: limited to 4,000 rpm.
• Mode B: limited to 7,000 rpm.
• Mode C: limited to 8,000 rpm.
• Mode D: up to 16,000 rpm, a mode with no practical limitation for this type of engine.

Mode A can be used as an anti-theft function, since with the engine limited to 4,000 rpm the motorcycle becomes practically unusable for normal riding.

Plug & Play installation

Important: after removing or modifying the RPM limit, it is advisable to check the carburetion and engine tuning. A different exhaust or cylinder may require changes to the main jet and other adjustments so that the engine runs correctly and does not run lean.

Attention: before placing the order, check that your motorcycle actually uses a Moric ignition with a compatible 8-pin connector. Compatibility depends on the installed ignition system.
