Variable advance CDI Derbi euro 4 >2018 Malossi

CDI unit variable advance control unit from manufacturer Malossi for Derbi D50B0 engines with Euro 4 standard.

Malossi has made several improvements to the power curve and, most importantly, has increased the RPM limit up to 15,000. The Digitronic CDI unit manages the ignition advance and the SAS valve.

Ignition advance map

Ignition advance is managed through a three-dimensional map with linear interpolation, which contains 16 parameterization points for RPMs and 8 parameterization points for engine temperature.

SAS valve performance map

The secondary intake valve in the injection body allows the engine management to compensate for the typical non-linearity of a carbureted engine.
The SAS valve (Secondary Air Source) is managed by the ECU through an operating map with linear interpolation that contains 16 parameterization points for RPMs and 8 for engine temperature.
The SAS valve reduces emissions and optimizes engine operation for all operating conditions.

Plug & play, compatible with the original sensors and actuators.
The calibrations and fine-tuned plans allow for a concrete increase in engine performance.

MOTOR IN ORIGINAL CONFIGURATIONIt is recommended to use Malossi sports exhausts for fin to obtain the best performance. It is necessary to replace the main jet maximum from 68 to 75 also removing the intake diaphragm present in the carburetor.
The ratio correct transmission: pinion Z13, crown Z52 (original Z11/59).
