System composed of:

• Reinforced clutch for urban use (Fly Clutch)
• Bell in DC04 steel (Clutch Bell) dynamically balanced.

Malossi's new proposal aims to guarantee superior quality through the assembly of two prestigious components that optimize the operation of the power transmission system of scooters.

Features:

Fly Clutch

Fly clutch is a reinforced centrifugal clutch created to overcome difficult routes such as frequent starts on mountain roads, or in urban traffic, full of traffic lights especially with a passenger on board, during the warm seasons when it is impossible to keep temperatures under control.

Clutch Bell

Bell in DC04 steel, obtained by cold forming;
Central pin in carbon steel extracted from bar and added by Tig welding;
Stamped anti-vibration plate and fixed by 3 welding points placed 120° apart from each other;
100% balancing throughout the entire production;
Heat treatment of soft nitriding.
