The Clutch bell operates under high temperatures every time the scooter starts moving. During continuous acceleration, urban riding, or with tuned engines, a conventional bell can accumulate heat, reducing clutch efficiency and accelerating shoe wear.

The Malossi Maxi Wing Clutch Bell has been developed based on the brand’s racing experience to offer greater thermal resistance and much more efficient cooling. Its design incorporates a reinforcement ring with fins that increases the heat dissipation surface area, helping to maintain a more stable operating temperature even under the most demanding conditions.

In addition to improving cooling, the reinforcement ring increases the structural rigidity of the bell, allowing it to withstand the high rotational speeds typical of tuned engines or sporty riding with greater safety. The result is more consistent operation, greater durability of the transmission assembly, and better clutch protection.

Manufactured with very precise machining tolerances and 100% dynamically balanced, the Maxi Wing Clutch Bell guarantees smooth rotation, minimizing vibrations and promoting progressive clutch engagement.
