Gilera Runner 125/180 2-Stroke Malossi clutch springs

Malossi brings us a great variety to adjust our clutch.
These springs are responsible for holding the clutch; by using stiffer springs, more engine revolutions are needed to gain more centrifugal force so that the clutch opens. The stiffer the springs, the higher the revolutions need to be. With this, what we achieve is that the engine is more revved up and when the clutch engages, you will have more take-off on the bike! The engine must always run at high revolutions for the clutch to stay engaged, because as the springs are very stiff, they want to return to their original position.
Attention!! in your choice, as if it is too stiff, you need more power and more RPM, which leads to greater clutch wear.

The Malossi springs are made of steel with a high carbon silicon alloy, heat-treated to better withstand high temperatures, and do not lose their properties at high temperatures or with use, with their stiffness differentiated by colour.
