From the Italian manufacturer Ottopuntouno, we present the complete Crankcase 8.1 “Fireblade” 100cc for shaft with increased Ø25mm Minarelli version.

Ottopuntouno is specialised in the design and production of unique parts for scooters and motorcycles. All their crankcases are the result of careful planning, in which every feature is studied in detail.

It is the only manufacturer to produce a crankcase with liquid cooling of the crankshaft chamber. Achieving an internal fluid dynamic with three separate parts. 

With regard to the thermal part, special attention is paid to the study of fluid dynamics, eliminating all those "harmful turbulences" that tend to slow down the fuel flow and therefore negatively affect performance. 

The contact and mounting surfaces of the various parts are also always very generous here, to guarantee the reliability and durability of performance throughout the race. Mechanical strength is another factor that is always associated with an appealing aesthetic impact.

Manufactured from an aluminium block, fully machined on CNC, of high quality. It features enlarged diameters in the thermal part to accommodate the oversized Ø84 shaft. This allows us to add more power to the engine, thanks to greater inertia and a different balance. 

Includes mounting screws, pins, and SKF bearings for correct installation. 

Attention! The Crankcase is fitted with a Minarelli cylinder, but the entire transmission and gears are from a conventional Piaggio engine. It can be mounted on a 10” or 12” wheel (rear).
