Description
Complete Piaggio 70cc TPR Factory crankcase.
The TPR Factory engine block is a high-performance component, fully machined and designed for high-level scooter racing.
This is a crankcase manufactured from an alloy of aluminium, silicon, magnesium, and manganese, fully detachable, with independent elements.
The fastening of the crankcase components is done using M8 bolts, which improves the strength, stability, and safety of the assembly.
It is prepared to fit crankshafts with a stroke of up to 47 mm, with a connecting rod centre-to-centre distance of 95/96 mm.
It features a mounting for FL-type cylinders (Flanged Mount) for correct installation in the block.
The ignition is specifically designed for internal PVL rotor ignitions.
The water passages have been oversized for improved cooling.
FEATURES:
- The centre-to-centre distance has been extended, with 10 mm of wheel displacement towards the rear axle and 10 mm towards the ground, allowing the use of rear shock absorbers 10 mm shorter, reducing the tilt. (Transmission and gear measurements are maintained.)
- The transmission is completely innovative, introducing a larger pitch, improving coaxial precision. The conventional transmission cover is eliminated. (Transmission and gear measurements are maintained.)
- The oil seal seat features flanged bearings that allow both housings to be modified together with the cylinder base in a single operation, achieving absolute concentricity and diametral tolerance on both sides.
- The 14 mm torsen has a more compact design, preventing obstruction of the exhaust mounting holes, offering a stronger connection and perfect alignment.
- The air intake has been completely redesigned, allowing the installation of larger, oversized reed valves (60x40 between centres), with the carburettor position in relation to the wheel.
- The transmission ventilation has been fully optimised, with large air inlets and outlets passing through the centre of the variator. Forced air flows can be installed. It remains possible to use any transmission compatible with the Piaggio engine.
- The crankshaft area is super reinforced, ensuring great durability and quality in the operation of the crankshaft itself. (It remains possible to use any compatible crankshaft.)
