Complete Piaggio 70cc crankcase TPR Factory.

The engine block TPR Factory is a high-performance component, fully machined and focused on high-level scooter competition.

This is a crankcase manufactured from an alloy of aluminum, silicon, magnesium, and manganese, fully detachable, with independent elements.

The fastening of the crankcase elements is done using M8 bolts, which improves the strength, stability, and safety of the assembly.

It is prepared to mount crankshafts with up to 47 mm stroke, with a center-to-center distance of Connecting rod of 95/96 mm.

It features a mounting for FL-type cylinders (Flanged Mount) for proper installation in the block.

The ignition is specifically designed for internal PVL rotor ignitions.

The water channels have been oversized for better cooling.

FEATURES:

• The center-to-center distance has been lengthened, with 10 mm of wheel displacement towards the rear axle and 10 mm towards the ground, allowing the use of rear shock absorbers that are 10 mm shorter, reducing the tilt. (Transmission and gear measurements are maintained.)
• The transmission is completely innovative, introducing a larger pitch, improving coaxial precision. It eliminates the conventional transmission cover. (Transmission and gear measurements are maintained.)
• The oil seal seat features flanged bearings that allow both housings to be machined together with the base of the Cylinder in a single operation, achieving absolute concentricity and diametrical tolerance on both sides.
• The 14 mm torsen has a more compact shape, avoiding obstruction of the exhaust mounting holes, offering a stronger connection and perfect alignment.
• The air intake has been completely changed, allowing the installation of larger and oversized reed valves (60x40 between centers), with the position of the Carburettor in relation to the wheel.
• The transmission ventilation has been fully optimized, with large air inlets and outlets, passing through the center of the Variator. It allows for forced air flows to be installed. The possibility of using any transmission compatible with the Piaggio engine is preserved.
• The crankshaft zone is super reinforced, which guarantees great durability and quality in the operation of the crankshaft itself. (The possibility of using any compatible crankshaft is maintained.)
