Italkit Connecting Rod 140cc Rotax 122/123 engine

Adaptable cylinder head for Aprilia Rotax 140 Italkit, manufactured using CNC in high-quality aluminium. This cylinder head improves engine performance thanks to the combustion chamber designed by Italkit technicians. Heat exchange is also better for improved cooling and, therefore, more performance!

Squish recommendations:

• 1.60mm - will have a combustion chamber volume (Vcc)* of 13.2cc without spark plug, and a compression ratio of 13.41:1 (use 0.50mm cylinder gasket). Standard use adjustment
• 1.4mm - will have a combustion chamber volume (Vcc)* of 12.70cc without spark plug, and a compression ratio of 14:1 (use 0.30mm cylinder gasket). High End and Drag use

*The Vcc is calculated up to the top face of the cylinder head minus 2 cc of the spark plug thread volume.

The Ø64mmX2mm and Ø23X2.5mm head gaskets are recommended, as with the original, for use with the original head cover.
