The Italkit kit includes an aluminium cylinder of Ø47.6 mm with six transfer ports and an oval booster-type exhaust, designed to maximise gas flow and engine efficiency. The cylinder head cover is also made of aluminium, and the cylinder head stud features a high-compression combustion chamber with a polished finish, which helps to improve performance by optimising the engine's compression.

The piston, from the brand Vertex, is a single-ring type with a graphite treatment that reduces friction and improves durability.

The piston ring is made of chrome steel with a thickness of 1 mm, providing strength and effective sealing. The piston pin is reinforced, measuring Ø12 X 38 mm, ensuring a robust and durable connection within the engine assembly.

In addition, the kit includes C-type piston clips, a complete set of seals to ensure a tight and leak-free installation, studs of 120 X 7 mm for the mounting.
