The liner is coated with chrome and nicasil. Aluminium cylinders have the great advantage of providing better heat dissipation than their grey cast iron counterparts.
This significantly reduces the risk of cylinder seizure.
The Airsal Alu-Sport 70cc cylinder is not a high-competition cylinder, but it does offer good torque and develops quite a lot of power at low revs.
