Cylinder Vespa Smallframe 125 to 144cc ET7-60 VMC.

From VMC we present to you their new cylinder ET7-60, made of aluminium.

This cylinder comes with a racing distribution, 188º exhaust and 128º intake, exhaust boosters and an outlet of Ø32.

A squish of 1.1mm and a tightening torque of 10-11nm on the Ø6 bolts, and 11-12nm on the Ø7 nuts is recommended.

Suitable for all smallframe engines, note that on PK 75 XL and FL 75 models the crankcase must be machined.

Combining it with the VMC Evo 62 exhaust, a close-ratio gearbox can reach up to 30hp according to the manufacturer.

And with the siluro Sport exhaust, the cylinder transforms into a true touring engine with a lot of torque, delivering power from very low revs.

Attention: to be mounted on a Piaggio crankcase it is necessary to remove the half-moon from the cylinder base, and machine the skirt housing to Ø64x8mm. This is possible with a hand milling tool using the guide gasket included in the kit.
