Plastic bearings are tools used to measure mechanical aspects such as the valve opening timing of the engine. These false bearings, easy to insert manually into the engine crankcase, offer a safe alternative to real bearings.

They do not require a shrink fitting process for installation, thus avoiding possible damage to the bearing seats of the engine and the crankshaft. After completing the necessary measurements and work, they can be easily removed to install the real bearings.
