The Stage6 R/T FL 70 exhaust is a high-performance exhaust system developed to make the most of the potential of the Stage6 R/T FL 70cc cylinder. It belongs to the Stage6 Hyper Racing range and is intended for advanced 2-stroke engine builds, especially those geared toward racing.

Its geometry is designed to operate at high engine speeds, approximately between 14,000 and 15,500 rpm, promoting cylinder filling and power delivery in high-performance setups. The exhaust resonance is optimized to combine high power with a usable power band within its operating range.

The expansion chamber is made from thin steel sheet and features hand-welded sections. Its unpainted and untreated Racing finish preserves the characteristic appearance of racing exhausts. The assembly is completed with a carbon silencer, which provides a sporty and lightweight finish.

Compatibility and installation

This exhaust is designed for setups with FL-type engine crankcases, such as Malossi C-One and RC-One, 2Fast Passion, Polini P.R.E. and TPR Factory. Its main application is the Stage6 R/T FL 70cc cylinder, although it can be used with other compatible cylinders if the appropriate flange is available.

Important: the 34 mm exhaust flange is not included, as it is part of the Stage6 R/T FL 70cc cylinder kit. To install it with other cylinders, it is necessary to check the dimensions and use the corresponding specific flange.

Maintenance recommendations

As this exhaust has a finish without surface treatment, it is recommended to apply a suitable protective product periodically to reduce the risk of oxidation. To ensure correct operation, it is important to adjust the carburetion and the rest of the engine components to the characteristics of the setup.
