Exhaust fiber 150gr Super Silent Stage6

With the Stage6 super-silent fiber, we offer a competition-grade fiber of the best quality, with the best acoustic insulation and very good resistance to high temperatures. For good noise insulation and a long lifespan, the density of the fiber inside the silencer is of vital importance. Since Stage6 fiber is not made in sheet form, it has the advantage of being easier to use when filling the silencer. To change the fiber, the following should be taken into account:

Silencer with too little fiber:
The exhaust is generally quite quiet at first, but after a short period the fiber moves due to the gases and creates an empty space. Then the exhaust becomes quite noisy again, and the fiber also wears out very quickly.

Silencer with too much fiber:
The lifespan of the fiber is longer, but the best acoustic insulation is not achieved. The exhaust may possibly be noisier.

When installing it, we recommend not wrapping too tightly and not pressing the fiber too much.

After the silencer is completely filled, the fiber can usually still be pushed in about 2-3 cm! Therefore, a certain "play" in the silencer is important!

When placing the silencer cap, it is also useful to seal the edges with heat-resistant silicone. 150 g of fiber (enough for a silencer of a 2-stroke exhaust!)
