Front brake master cylinder for Piaggio Zip 50, also compatible with different versions of Piaggio NRG and Gilera Runner.

The brake master cylinder is responsible for converting the pressure applied to the lever into hydraulic pressure to actuate the caliper. With use, the piston and internal seals may wear out, causing a spongy feel, loss of pressure, excessive lever travel, or brake fluid leaks.

Replacing a damaged master cylinder restores more precise and consistent operation of the front brake, especially when proper bleeding does not solve the pressure loss.

During installation, we also recommend checking the brake hose, brake fluid, caliper, pistons, and pads to ensure that the entire hydraulic system is working correctly.
