The fixed Malossi Ventilvar half-pulley for Peugeot XP 400 has been developed with a diamond surface treatment in the belt contact area and a recalculated angle. This technical modification makes it possible to increase the shift rpm and optimize the dynamic behavior of the transmission throughout the entire rev range.

This component is designed to improve the operating conditions of the transmission belt, helping to reduce friction and premature wear. Its structure promotes greater heat dissipation inside the crankcase, which is highly useful in sport riding where high temperatures can compromise the integrity of the rollers and the belt itself.

Installing the Malossi half-pulley in combination with the Multivar variator helps maintain more stable transmission performance, protecting the internal components against thermal stress on demanding routes.
