Renthal Fatbar 829 Trial 110 Handlebar in black anodized finish, with a black handlebar protector. Made of aluminum and developed with the characteristic Fatbar tapered profile, going from 28,6 mm in the riser area to 22,2 mm at the control ends.

The key to the Fatbar system lies in how the tube wall thickness and diameter vary along the handlebar. The 28,6 mm central section provides strength in the area subjected to the greatest loads, while the profile progressively tapers toward the ends.

This construction makes it possible to dispense with the typical cross brace. The tapered profile itself controls the handlebar's rigidity and maintains a certain degree of flex, something important in Trial to absorb part of the impacts and better transmit the feel of the front wheel without resorting to an excessively rigid assembly.

The Trial 110 geometry combines 816 mm of width, 115 mm of height, and 77 mm of rise. The 45 mm sweep determines the rearward offset of the ends relative to the central area, directly influencing wrist position and riding posture on the motorcycle.

Renthal also includes laser-engraved marks in the central area to make centering easier and to precisely reproduce the handlebar position after removing it or changing its angle.

Before installation, it is important to check that the risers accept Ø28,6 mm handlebars. The ends retain the standard Ø22,2 mm diameter for fitting grips, throttle assembly, levers, and the rest of the usual components.

When replacing the handlebar, we recommend checking the position of the risers, cable and hose routing, and full steering lock. No cable should be under tension or interfere with the operation of the throttle, clutch, or brake when turning the handlebar from lock to lock.
