Recommended configurations:

• Rider + gear: 90kg or more, preload the springs 20mm, 250ml sae 20.
• Rider + gear: 85kg/89kg, preload the springs 10/15mm, 250ml sae 15.
• Rider + gear: 80kg/84kg, do not preload the springs, 250ml sae 15.
