Piaggio X8 400 04-06 Injector / Gilera Nexus 500 >2006 RB Max

RB Max Injector for Piaggio, Gilera and Aprilia 400 / 500 engines, type IWP048 and equipped with 5 injection holes.

When an injector starts to fail, the engine may show hesitation, difficulty starting, unstable idling, loss of power, or irregular throttle response. In many cases, the problem occurs because the injector no longer atomizes the fuel correctly or because one of its passages is partially blocked.

This RB Max injector is designed as a replacement part to substitute the original injector and restore proper and even fuel atomization. Its 5 holes allow the fuel to be distributed inside the intake duct to achieve a more homogeneous mixture before entering the combustion chamber.

Proper fuel atomization helps the engine achieve more stable combustion, better throttle response, and smoother operation, especially when the original injector shows wear or internal contamination.
