Malossi X360 Bonneville Intake manifold for Malossi C-ONE and RC-ONE crankcases, designed to fit the Dell'Orto VHSA 30 CS carburettor.

When building an engine with Malossi C-ONE or RC-ONE crankcases, one of the most important points is ensuring that the carburettor is perfectly oriented and that the intake flow is as direct as possible. The Malossi X360 Bonneville has been developed specifically for this type of build, allowing the Dell'Orto VHSA 30 CS to be installed easily and with complete freedom of orientation.

Its X360 system allows the carburettor to rotate 360°, making installation easier regardless of the chassis, filter box, or engine configuration. This is especially useful in racing builds, where every millimetre of space matters and correct carburettor orientation simplifies both installation and access for adjustments.

In addition to making installation easier, the geometry of the manifold has been designed to provide a progressive transition between the carburettor and the crankcase. Its 35 mm inlet, 30 mm internal passage, and a length of only 26 mm promote a short and uniform mixture path, reducing turbulence and allowing the full potential of the VHSA 30 CS carburettor to be exploited.
