The Italkit 140cc cylinder is designed for Rotax 122 engines of the Aprilia RS 125, and represents one of the most effective upgrades to increase displacement and improve engine performance. This kit increases the diameter to Ø57 mm, reaching approximately 140 cc actual, which results in a significant increase in torque and power.

The cylinder is manufactured from aluminium with an internal nickel-silicon coating to offer maximum wear resistance and better thermal transfer. The transfer design is optimised for high performance, and it comes with a specific cylinder head and a spacer plate to correctly adjust the exhaust valve to the new geometry.

The Italkit 2-segment piston ensures greater sealing and durability under intensive use, ideal for both street and competition. It includes all the necessary elements for complete assembly: bolts, gaskets, valve plate, and cylinder head.

To make the most of the increased displacement, the use of a racing ignition, a larger diameter carburettor (minimum 34 mm), exhaust valve, and racing exhaust is recommended.
