Dell'Orto 6mm Voca chewing gum kit

6mm jet kit from manufacturer Voca for Dellorto carburettors.

The 6mm jets are compatible with any Dellorto carburettor with a diameter between 12 and 17.5mm.

• PHBE: Main jet
• PHBH: Main jet
• PHBL: Main jet
• PHBN: Main jet
• PHVA: Main jet
• PHVN: Main jet
• VHSA: Main jet
• VHSB: Main jet
• VHST: Main jet
• VHSH: Main jet

Available kits:

• From 50 to 72.
• From 75 to 98.
• From 100 to 122.

Carburettor adjustment advice:

To begin, you need to let the bike idle for about 3 minutes so it reaches temperature. Once the bike is warm, take it and give it full throttle for a few seconds, hold it at maximum RPM for about 5 seconds without releasing the throttle, then turn off the bike using the key and proceed to remove the spark plug. Depending on the colour of the spark plug, you can determine the condition, for example:

• If the spark plug is a light coffee with milk colour, the bike is running lean and you need to increase the main jet by about 5 or 10 points.
• If the spark plug is just coffee coloured, it is running rich, so you need to decrease the main jet by about 5 or 10 points.
