Overrange Kit Malossi MHR for Piaggio Scooter 50 <1999.

The kit has been designed to improve the efficiency and power of the engine. It consists of the Malossi Multivar variator, which is in constant evolution, and comes with two roller kits to adjust the operation of the transmission.

The roller ramps have been redesigned to maximize the balance of the transmission, and the pin has also been redesigned; in addition to being chromed and ground, it has undergone a vibration finishing treatment.

Together with the Malossi Multivar MHR Aluminum variator, the fixed half Ventilvar pulley is also supplied.
New Malossi Alluminium Rear Pulley System MHR Aluminum pulleys are now made of aluminum to increase lightness and strength. The pulley is attached with nails to the pins for great strength, and the tolerance between the pin and the bushing has been reduced to a roughness degree of only Ra.04.

The X K Belt Malossi transmission belt is intended for two-stroke competition scooters, guaranteeing grip and consistency of performance.
