Malossi Gearbox Housing for Piaggio 50 cc Engines

Malossi is pleased to present two new gearbox housings designed for scooters and Piaggio 50 cc engines. These housings have been developed for competition and to provide a sporty customization to standard vehicles.

In a complete overhaul of the transmission components, Malossi has managed to drastically reduce friction by replacing the original pre-cast housing with sliding friction movements. The new housings are gravity-cast and come with special bearings, resulting in greater efficiency and performance.
Technical Features:
- Reinforced gearbox housing in silicon-aluminium alloy, gravity-cast, refined and tempered.
- Larger locations for secondary shafts to accommodate nr. 2 bearings.
- Nr. 2 special roller bearings.
- Nr. 1 ball bearing with increased load capacity.
Includes all necessary accessories for easy installation.

The new bearings are robust and lightweight, high-speed, manufactured with super-precision machinery to withstand very high workloads, typical of competition. They are perfectly interchangeable with the originals, which makes installation easier.

DO NOT use on VEHICLES WITH ORIGINAL PRIMARY GEAR RATIOS
