Reinforced racing crankcases from the manufacturer Malossi for Peugeot 103 SP / 104 / 105.

If you are looking to radically transform your Peugeot moped, these complete Malossi crankcases are the ultimate foundation. Designed from scratch using high-strength aluminium alloy die-casting and CNC machining, they offer much greater structural rigidity than the originals, eliminating flex and dangerous vibrations in high-performance builds. Their design integrates the chassis mount and, most importantly, a high-flow reed valve intake system.

They are fully "plug & play" (interchangeable with the originals), but open the door to two worlds: you can install them with stock parts for a reliable sports engine, or use them as the foundation for a "Full Malossi" competition engine (crankshaft, cylinder, exhaust, etc.). The kit is very comprehensive: it includes a 4-petal carbon reed valve box, intake manifold for PHBG 17-21 carburettors, gaskets, bolts, and a support for the variator cover.
