The Athena pistons are produced with a special high-performance aluminium alloy, using a backward extrusion forging process to achieve the highest level of performance and reliability.
A special sintered molybdenum bisulphide coating is applied to these pistons, screen-printed on the piston skirt. This increases smoothness, performance, and durability, while reducing friction and noise.
