Variator spring plate with bearing Piaggio / Peugeot / Kymco / GY6 4T Motoforce Racing

To reduce the torsion of the contrast spring to a minimum, Motoforce Racing now offers a “Twist Control” plate with ball bearing. The function of the Twist Control plate is to absorb the torsional forces, reducing power loss due to friction loss.

Please note that with the Twist-Control part installed, the spring tension increases by about 15% and the variator must be readjusted. You must use high-temperature resistant grease, such as the ones we offer from Malossi and Polini, for example.
