Boost bottle POLINI blue

A recovery boost bottle is a vacuum chamber.

When the reeds box closes, the mixture that remains between the reeds box and the carburettor tends to flow back several times until the reeds box opens again, which causes a richer mixture.

By installing a recovery boost bottle, we ensure that this gas backflow does not occur, as the remaining gases will accumulate in the boost bottle so that this gas rebound does not enrich the mixture. The improvements are noticeable when changing the throttle, and especially with large diameter carburettors, which tend to flood the engine at low revs.

This element is installed connected to the intake manifold, between the reeds box and the carburettor.
