The fixed Malossi Ventilvar half-pulley for BMW C400 X/GT >2025 has been developed with a diamond surface treatment in the belt contact area and a recalculated angle. This technical modification makes it possible to increase the shift rpm and optimize the dynamic behavior of the transmission throughout the entire rev range.

This component is designed to improve the working conditions of the transmission belt, helping to reduce friction and premature wear. Its structure promotes greater heat dissipation inside the crankcase, which is highly useful in sporty riding conditions where high temperatures can compromise the integrity of the rollers and the belt itself.
