Description
Original Rieju oil seal with dimensions 14x28x7 mm, compatible with different versions of the Rieju Marathon 125 and Tango 125.
Its function is to keep the oil inside the assembly, preventing it from escaping through the shaft itself. Over time, the sealing lip may harden, wear out, or become marked, leading to the typical oil leaks around the area where it is installed.
During installation, it is also advisable to inspect the surface of the shaft where the seal lip operates. If it is scratched or marked, it may cause even a new seal to leak oil again prematurely.
