The RF-WR Evolution 2025 gearbox from Bidalot is the component responsible for managing power in Minarelli AM6 engines with high-displacement setups. Standard transmissions often have strength issues and gear spacing that is too wide, causing the engine to drop too many revs when shifting.

To solve this, Bidalot has manufactured all the gears in steel with high breaking load strength. As a technical innovation, the 1st and 2nd gear sets have been cut with module 2 cutters, increasing the thickness and contact surface of the teeth to withstand engine torque during standing starts. The kit is delivered ready to install, with the primary and secondary shafts already assembled with their corresponding washers and circlips.

With this close-ratio spacing, if you shift at 14,000 RPM, the drop in revs is much smaller than with the original gearbox. For example, when shifting from 1st to 2nd, the engine stays above 10,600 RPM, ensuring that the bike continues pulling with strength without leaving the usable power band.
