The Polini fan crankcase spacer for Vespa is used to prevent, after replacing the flywheel/ignition with components, the fan blades from hitting the conveyor cover.

A remedy often used to avoid this inconvenience consists of placing washers under the external cover. However, this solution leaves a gap on the periphery of the crankcase, significantly reducing the cooling air flow.

With the Polini fan crankcase spacer, this inconvenience is avoided, while at the same time guaranteeing optimal air flow for engine cooling.

The spacer is made of stainless steel to resist corrosion and prevent deformation and is supplied with 3 screws longer than the originals to compensate for the increased thickness, guaranteeing optimal grip.
