The SH23 side cases stand out for their elegance, lightness, and functionality. They feature excellent aerodynamics and maintain their waterproofness and resistance. All the volume capacity is usable, and the top opening allows the rider to access the load without having to get off the motorcycle. They come standard with an extra lock cylinder, in case you want to use a single key to open all three cases (side and top). Like all SHAD side cases, they open and close with one hand, without needing to use the key to open them. You will only use the key when you want to lock them to the motorcycle. Their alu look finish design makes them ideal for combining road and mountain use, and they also match perfectly with the SH40 Alu look top case. The mounting method on the motorcycle is through our new unique fixing system on the market: the “3P SYSTEM”. Patented by SHAD and characterized by its integrated and lightweight design, it has been developed with a focus not only on aesthetics but also with great attention to safety. Integrated design: The fixing is much more integrated into the motorcycle. The typical rectangular frame disappears, reduced to a single horizontal “L”-shaped arm on which the three (3P) fixing points of the case rest, concealing the hardware once the cases are removed. Position: Both the volumes of the case and the inclination of the 3P System fixing have been designed to shift the weight of the set as much as possible towards the motorcycle’s center of gravity. This provides greater safety and stability when riding with a load. Flexibility of the mounting: The 3-point mounting provides both safety and flexibility. This is reflected in a slight oscillation of the case. This oscillation allows air to circulate around it, avoiding the “anchor” effect of a flatter and more rigid case. Again, this results in greater safety and stability while riding.
