Spark plug motorcycle BR6HS

To avoid damaging the engine, it is important to choose a spark plug with the appropriate heat rating.
A spark plug that is too cold transmits more heat to the cylinder head, and the electrodes tend to become sooty since the temperature required for the spark plug to clean itself automatically is not reached.
A spark plug that is too hot transmits less heat to the cylinder head, and in this case the cylinder can overheat and seize.
In Racing cylinders, colder spark plugs are used (such as the Bosch W2…), while for Sport cylinders and standard cylinders, somewhat hotter spark plugs are used (such as the Bosch W3 or W4).
Many tachometers require an antiparasitic spark plug to function properly. Without an antiparasitic spark plug, extreme jumps can often occur.
If your motorcycle has a tachometer, we recommend antiparasitic spark plugs; they are somewhat more expensive, but your tachometer will thank you.
