Polini Maxi HI-Speed Variator for Kymco Agility S 125 Euro 5+ (TH25 engine).

The stock variator on the Agility 125 works well for relaxed riding, but when you need to pull away from a traffic light or recover speed in the city, it falls short. Changing it transforms the whole behavior, since the design of the half-pulley allows the belt to climb higher, resulting in smoother acceleration and the bike not dropping revs so quickly when you roll off the throttle.

The contra spring is 10% stiffer than the original, which means the engine stays in its RPM range and when you open the throttle it pulls through without seeming to have lost power. The rollers are made with nylon and aramid fibers, so they create less friction and last longer than the stock ones.
