The Malossi Multivar 2000 modifies the power curve in the transmission, allowing the engine to always operate in the maximum power range during acceleration. The silicon aluminum alloy half-pulley, machined in CNC with a diamond finish, reduces internal friction and optimizes the axial movement of the belt. The profile of the roller tracks is designed so that the belt travels across the entire diameter of the pulley, improving acceleration from a standstill and maintaining the final drive ratio without losses at high RPM.
