The Varplus allows you to adjust your engine's response by varying the weight of the 18 supplied rollers, thus controlling the opening of the variator from 2500 to 8500 rev/min in a gradual manner. This system improves engine efficiency and offers significant energy savings. It works by rotating the masses, which, depending on their weight, push the half-pulley along its axis. The higher the rotation speed, the greater the push and the advancement of the pulley, and vice versa. Adjusting the weight of the masses allows you to modify the pushing force without changing the revolutions per minute.

Features:

• Material: Half-pulley made of high mechanical strength silicone aluminium, Ø 115 mm, extremely light and with no external roughness.
• Design: Equipped with 6 tracks for rollers, with a meticulously calculated inclination. These tracks are guided to the centre by a special self-lubricating bronze compass, filled with PTFE, a highly fluid material that requires no maintenance.
• Mechanism: The movable half-pulley is driven by two interchangeable nylon guide bushings, which operate in ground holes to avoid torsional stress on the rollers, reducing friction and wear.
• Benefits: This system significantly increases the efficiency of the variator, improves the gradualness of operation and eliminates unwanted effects, ensuring optimal performance.
