After months of development on circuits and the test bench, the manufacturer VOCA has developed the VOCA BigBore 100cc Cylinder for Yamaha DT which you can now purchase at Motoscoot.

This is an Aluminum Cylinder with a high-quality Chrome/Nickel coating designed to get the maximum performance from our engine. Manufactured with 5 transfer ports and a partitioned exhaust port.

Supplied together with a Vertex piston with a single ring measuring 53.95mm.

The VOCA BigBore Cylinder must be installed together with a crankshaft of 43mm stroke and 85mm connecting rod. Thanks to its diameter and stroke, it achieves a displacement of 100cc!

The cylinder head is not included, you must install the VCR-RD11DT.54. We recommend installing it together with the crankshaft from VOCA HQ RACING 43MM/85MM.

Attention: You must use the VForce 4 reed valve box from Yamaha YZ 85cc.

Squish recommended by VOCA with its cylinder head: 0.8mm.
