Power Thunder CB9-B 12V 9Ah conventional Battery for motorcycle

The Power Thunder CB9-B Battery is a conventional lead-acid Battery designed for the electrical systems of motorcycles and other compatible vehicles. It offers a nominal voltage of 12 V and a capacity of 9 Ah, providing the energy necessary for starting and powering the vehicle's electrical components.

Its construction is designed to offer corrosion resistance and reliable operation under different conditions of use. It incorporates a cold cranking capacity of 130 A (CCA), providing adequate current for operating the starter motor.

This Battery is supplied with the electrolyte (acid) included, so it requires the corresponding activation and preparation process before use. As this is a conventional Battery, it requires periodic maintenance by checking the electrolyte level.

Maintenance and installation

As this is a conventional Battery, it is necessary to periodically check the electrolyte level and keep it between the minimum and maximum marks. When necessary, it must be topped up using distilled water only.

Before installation, correctly carry out the activation and initial charging process by following the manufacturer's instructions. During handling, use appropriate protection and avoid contact of the electrolyte with the skin and eyes.

Important

Check that the dimensions (138 x 77 x 141 mm), the polarity, and the 9 Ah capacity match the specifications of the original battery. It should not be confused with other CB9 or CB9L versions, as they may have differences in dimensions and terminal layout.
