Malossi pulley repair kit

The pulleys bearing service kit is a set of high-precision components specifically designed for the maintenance and repair of the fixed pulley of the torque corrector.

It is an essential replacement to eliminate vibrations and noise, ensuring that the opening of the pulleys is always smooth and progressive.

Kit contents:

• Deep groove ball bearing: (Ø 12x24x6 mm) with NBR seals.
• Needle bearing: (Ø 17x25x18 mm) with rubber protection.
• Retaining ring (Seeger): (Ø 25.9x23.5x1.2 mm) in carbon steel.

Compatible with:

• Standard and MHR fixed pulleys: 618234, 619731, 6111120, 6113132.
• MHR Aluminum pulleys: 6114308, 6114596, 6116267.
• Complete transmission groups: This is the maintenance kit for the Over Range MHR Aluminum systems 6118884 and 6118885.

Maintenance: During installation, thoroughly clean the pulley tracks and apply high-temperature grease (7615375B) to maximize the lifespan of the components.
