Cylinder and exhaust kit Derbi Piaggio Euro3 Metrakit ProRace 3

Metrakit kit made up of a Cylinder ProRace 70cc and a Pro Race exhaust, designed for Derbi Euro 3-4 engines. This set is aimed at racing builds, offering a combination of high performance and reliability in geared motorcycles and racing mopeds.

The Cylinder Metrakit ProRace 70cc represents the ultimate evolution of one of the most recognized cylinders in competition. Manufactured in a special aluminum alloy with a nickel and silicon carbon coating, it features 5 oversized transfer ports and an optimized exhaust outlet with boosters. The modular two-piece cylinder head and head insert improve cooling under extreme conditions.

Among the improvements in the V2 version are the gold anodized CNC cylinder head cover and the exclusive piston engraved by Metrakit measuring 47.6 mm, which replace the previous components and increase sealing and durability.

Assembly requirements and recommendations

• Combine the Cylinder with a high-end reinforced crankshaft capable of withstanding high RPM.
• A Carburettor flat-slide PWK type from 24 mm to 28 mm is recommended.
• Competition exhaust type Pro Race or equivalent.
• Use of grade 10 iridium Spark plug.

The Metrakit Pro Race 871D1633 exhaust is handmade and precision-welded, offering optimized gas flow and a characteristic racing sound. Together with the Cylinder ProRace, it provides maximum performance, especially at low and mid RPM, making full use of the 70cc setup.
