The Allpro fiber is made in the form of a mat, making installation easier.

• First, disassemble the silencer and then remove the old fiber from inside the silencer.
• In a second step, simply wrap the Allpro fiber inside. The Allpro fiber is sufficient for any silencer of a 2-Stroke exhaust.

To change the fiber, you should keep the following in mind:

• Silencer with very little fiber: The exhaust is initially quite quiet, but after a short period the fiber moves due to the gases and creates an empty space. Then the exhaust becomes quite noisy again, and the fiber also wears out very quickly.
• Silencer with too much fiber: The fiber's lifespan is longer, but the best acoustic insulation is not achieved. The exhaust may possibly be noisier. When installing, we recommend not wrapping too tightly and not compressing the fiber too much.

When fitting the silencer cap, it is also useful to seal the edges with heat-resistant silicone.
