Obviously, there is no need to highlight the quality of these kits, so let's move on to the technical details: The Cylinder is cast in aluminium with a nicasil coating, equipped with a two-piece cylinder head that ensures good cooling of the combustion chamber. On the other hand, the piston that comes with the kit is from the same Italkit brand with 1 single ring, and as a final detail, it is equipped with 9 ports, 6 transfer ports and 1 trapezoidal-shaped port with 2 additional boosters.

The huge exhaust outlet is d. 32mm. On the other hand, there is the crankshaft, which leaves nothing to be desired. Italkit has taken all the details into account; this 44mm stroke crankshaft comes equipped with a wider ignition side shaft to solve the main problem in AM6 engines, which always tend to break in the same place.
In addition, the two special bearings for the kit are included. Available in 85cc (d.50mm) and 95cc (d.52mm).

It is recommended to install these kits with a VOCA Racing, SCR Racing Line or Metrakit Pro Race type exhaust, with a minimum 26mm carburettor such as Stage6, Keihin… And to get the most power, with a variable rotor, such as Kundo PVL or Selettra Italkit Racing.
