If you want to unlock the real potential of your scooter without the complications of installing additional control units or permanent wiring, the Polini Smart Map ECU Programmer is the ultimate tool. Unlike external modules that "trick" the signal, this device allows for direct mapping of the original ECU, professionally and safely modifying the engine management parameters. It is the necessary solution for those engines that, after fitting an exhaust or a cylinder kit, require a recalibration of injection and ignition to avoid lean mixtures that could compromise mechanical reliability.

The operation is fully reversible: the Polini Smart Map performs a backup of the original map before loading any new configuration, allowing you to return to factory settings at any time. Through the Powergate App (available for iOS, Android, and Huawei), you can manage different specific maps developed and tested by Polini technicians on a dynamometer. Depending on your setup (original exhaust, racing exhaust, high-flow air filter, or cylinder kit), you can select the map that optimizes cylinder filling and throttle response, eliminating power dips and improving acceleration throughout the rev range.

For use, the device connects to the vehicle's diagnostic port (OBDII). The process is guided by an intuitive LED interface that indicates the operation status (power, Bluetooth connection, reading, and writing). It is essential that the motorcycle's battery is in perfect condition (minimum 12V) during the flashing process to ensure data integrity in the control unit. In addition to reprogramming, the system integrates diagnostic functions, allowing you to have full control over the electronic status of your engine.
