Titanium timing kit for Daytona Anima 4 valves

Daytona titanium valvetrain kit for ANIMA 4-valve engines designed for high-performance builds and engines operating at high RPM.

The Daytona ANIMA 4V titanium valve kit reduces the mass of the valvetrain assembly thanks to the use of Intake valves made from ultra-light titanium. This reduction in the internal weight of the cylinder head allows more stable valve train operation in high-revving engines and improves engine response under demanding operating conditions.

Compared to the original Intake valves, the titanium valves included in this kit weigh 11.8 g versus 19.8 g for the OEM valves, achieving an approximate 40% mass reduction. This difference helps reduce the load on the valvetrain system and promotes quicker engine response when accelerating through the rev range.

Tests carried out on an ANIMA 190 FSM engine (62 x 62 mm) show an approximate improvement of 1 hp in the upper RPM range, making this kit especially suitable for racing engines, pit bike racing, or builds intended for intensive use.

The assembly maintains the original installation dimensions, with Ø24.5 mm Intake valves and Ø21 mm exhaust valves, allowing direct installation in ANIMA 4-valve cylinder heads without additional modifications.

Recommended use
